Load Balancers should have Access Logs enabled

Description

Verify that new Elastic Load Balancers (ELB) have access logs enabled.

Remediation

1. Open EC2 dashboard at https://console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/.

2. In the left navigation panel, under Load Balancing, click Load Balancers.

3. Select an Elastic Load Balancer to evaluate.

4. From the bottom panel, select the Description tab and set the Access Logs status to Enabled.

5. Select 'Edit attributes' and select 'Enabled' for Access Logs.

6. Choose an S3 location and click save.
