Ensure the S3 bucket has versioning enabled

Description

Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) bucket versioning is a means of keeping multiple variants of an object in the same Amazon S3 bucket. Use versioning to preserve, retrieve, and restore every version of every object stored in an Amazon S3 bucket. Versioning helps with recovery from unintended user actions and application failures. Cost can increase as normal Amazon S3 rates apply for every version of an object stored and transferred.
